The summer cinema "Moskino" in Sokolniki Park will open on May 20

Sokolniki Park will open a summer cinema of the Moskino chain, it will start working on May 20. Visitors to the park will have the opportunity to watch a variety of films on the big screen.

This season, the program will include new rentals, original films, Soviet and Russian classics, festival films and films from the golden fund of world cinema. Fans of foreign cinema will be able to watch foreign films in the original language with subtitles.
The first film to be shown in the new cinema will be Nicholas Winding Refn's crime drama "Drive". It tells the story of a driver who works as a stuntman and car mechanic during the day, and at night as a carrier helping robbers escape from the crime scene. Starring Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan and Albert Brooks. The film was warmly received by critics, and at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, Nicolas Winding Refn was recognized as the best director.
In addition, in the first week after the opening, the thriller "Megalodon", the melodramas "Rainy Day in New York" and "Amelie", the musical "La La Land", the drama "Obsession" and the horror comedy "Real Ghouls" will be shown.
