"Peter the Great's Moscow"

   The documents included in the exhibition tell about the personality of the outstanding historical figure, politician and reformer Peter the Great and his role in the further development of Moscow. The exhibition presents engravings, lithographs, phototypes depicting Moscow buildings built by order, sometimes with the active participation of Peter, his closest associates, as well as publications of the XVIII-XXI centuries, revealing the course of transformations initiated by the emperor in Moscow.
